Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus)
A popular and versatile mushroom with a rich, earthy flavor. Great for soups, stir-fries, frying, or as a filling for toasted sandwiches. It absorbs other flavors exceptionally well and is easy to combine.
Golden Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus citrinopileatus)
A delicate, fresh mushroom with a lightly seaside flavor and subtle umami. Best quickly sautéed — ideally with soy sauce and lemon juice. Perfect as a light summer side dish.
Pink Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus djamor)
An intensely aromatic mushroom with a meaty, slightly smoky, bacon-like flavor. Best lightly sautéed. Excellent in risotto or as a bold addition to vegetable dishes.
King Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus eryngii)
