We grow it ourselves

We cultivate this exceptional mushroom on our own farm in Prague. It grows under carefully controlled conditions with maximum emphasis on quality. We monitor its growth daily, checking the environment, temperature, and humidity to ensure the lion’s mane has ideal conditions.

Once it reaches maturity, each fruiting body is hand-picked and inspected. Every piece is top-quality, as we make sure only fresh, healthy, and beautifully developed mushrooms reach your table. The entire process is done by hand from start to finish — without machines — with respect for nature and the mushroom itself.

A culinary experience – tastes like meat, but isn’t meat

You can prepare it in many ways:
