Possible mushroom varieties in the box:

Korálovec ježatý (Hericium erinaceus)

A delicate mushroom with a firm texture reminiscent of seafood or shrimp. Excellent for steaks or grilling. It’s perfect for simple preparations that highlight its natural flavor.

Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus)

A popular and versatile mushroom with a rich, earthy flavor. Great for soups, stir-fries, frying, or as a filling for toasted sandwiches. It absorbs other flavors exceptionally well and is easy to combine.

Shiitake (Lentinula edodes)

An intense umami flavor with a hint of nuttiness. Traditional in Asian cuisine, but in our opinion best when lightly sautéed in butter. Perfectly complements rice, noodles, or vegetables.

Golden Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus citrinopileatus)

A delicate, fresh mushroom with a lightly seafood-like flavor and subtle umami. Simply sauté briefly in a pan — ideally for 5 to 8 minutes. Perfect as a light summer side dish.

Pink Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus djamor)

An intensely aromatic mushroom with a meaty, slightly smoky, bacon-like flavor. Best lightly sautéed. Excellent in risotto or as a bold addition to vegetable dishes.

Polnička topolová (Agrocybe aegerita)

A mushroom with a gently nutty flavor reminiscent of Czech porcini. Perfect for soups or Italian-inspired dishes. Excellent in risotto, pasta, or simply sautéed on its own.

King Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus eryngii)

Firm and meaty texture with a mild flavor, perfect for grilling. Best sliced thin and sautéed or grilled with a touch of garlic. Great as a side dish or a vegetarian steak.
